Network Health Reports
The Network Health Reports for our more than 160 customers have been compiled and delivered.
These reports listed each trouble ticket called in to our Network Operations Center during 2007 for each customer. Along with the dates of the trouble, the cause, fix, and outage time are also included. This gives our customers a clear picture of how the Sho-Me Technologies network is performing for their business.
Overall, Sho-Me’s network reliability score came in at 99.99958%.
It is our people who made this possible and who keep our network running smoothly for our customers. Our Network Operations Center is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which means you will always get to talk with a trained technician who can help whenever you call, never a recording. Our fiber technicians and communications technicians in the field are some of the best in the region. Working together, we take pride in providing South Central Missouri with unbeatable telecommunications services.
Fiber to the Home
Fiber to the Home in Raymondville
Fiber to the home is quickly becoming a reality for the residents of Raymondville, MO. Thanks to a USDA Rural Broadband Telecom grant, fiber will soon be connected to each home within the Raymondville city limits. The fiber, to be installed by Intercounty Electric, will initially allow residents there to enjoy high speed Internet over a secure, reliable medium. The FTTH project is possible thanks to the efforts of Farrell Christeson of Texas County Rural Area Information Network (TRAIN) and multiple individuals at MOREnet and the city of Raymondville.
